Foreign Investment

If you are a foreign investor purchasing within Australia additional requirements will need to be met to ensure your purchase becomes successful. The Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) is an Australian government department responsible for assessing applications from foreign investors. Q Property Lawyers assists foreign purchasers to attain FIRB approval by assisting with the application process. We are able to clarify fees for our client’s and ensure that FIRB conditions are met in line with the terms of each contract. Please enquire about our Mandarin speaking staff.
